Location
My classes are held in the hall of the Immaculate Conception and St. Joseph’s Church in Hertford, which is at 23 St. John’s Street, SG14 1RX. It’s a very short walk from Hertford East train station if you’re coming by public transport, and if you’re driving there is a car park behind the hall, or you could park free for 2 hours at the Tesco car park nearby.
The hall
Although not a yoga studio, the hall has a very peaceful and friendly atmosphere with a beautiful view of the garden outside and the welcome sounds of a water feature to accompany our savasana!
What do I need to bring?
If you have a yoga mat to bring that’s wonderful, but if not I have a few spare mats, plus all the props we will need during the class. You might like to bring a blanket with you for relaxation at the end of class but it’s not essential.
