At Rosehip Health you don’t need to be flexible or to look a certain way to come to my yoga classes! Come as you are, start from where you are now… with regular practise you’ll increase your strength and become more supple. You’ll feel better, move more easily, and improve your posture, your balance, your mood and your sleep.
